How Lucky Collection works

A four-step loop, designed for the WhatsApp-close PK market.

Most "creator marketplaces" are Western playbooks copy-pasted onto Karachi. They assume credit-card checkouts, returns processing, and a buyer who'd rather click than message. None of those are true here. Lucky Collection is built around the actual way Pakistanis shop online — through WhatsApp, with confirmation conversations, often paying cash on delivery.

1

Curate from sellers you trust

Browse opted-in Pakistani sellers across 38 verticals — clothes, artificial bridal jewellery, bakers, caterers, home-chefs, tiffin services, gym memberships, mehndi artists. Pick products that fit your audience's aesthetic and tag them with your own per-product notes. Every product carries a transparent commission rate (typically 7-22%) you'll earn on confirmed sales.

Quick FAQ
Can I curate from sellers who aren't on the platform yet?

Not yet. Sellers must opt in (via the Khan Sisters store-builder side at my.luckycollection.store) before their products become available. You can suggest sellers — we'll reach out.

2

Share one link, everywhere

Each collection lives at creator.luckycollection.store/c/your-handle/collection-slug. Post the link in your IG bio, TikTok caption, WhatsApp broadcast, linktree, anywhere. Buyers click → land on a beautiful page that looks like your storefront → tap "Order via WhatsApp" → message goes straight to the seller with a hidden ref-tag that ties the conversion back to you.

Quick FAQ
Will my followers know I get a commission?

Yes — the platform discloses creator commission honestly. Pakistani audiences increasingly expect this; hiding it erodes trust. Our experience: disclosure helps, doesn't hurt.

3

Earn on confirmed sales — three tiers

When a buyer orders, we track it across three confidence tiers: digital-pay-confirmed (100%), buyer-confirmed-COD (85%), or seller-only-reported (40%). Your dashboard shows all three stacked, so you always see which conversions are rock-solid and which are softer. We pay commission scaled by confidence — and we flag sellers who systematically under-report.

Quick FAQ
What if a buyer cancels after I've been paid?

Cancellations within 14 days reverse the commission from your next payout. After 14 days, the commission is locked.

4

Get paid weekly. To real PK rails.

Weekly automatic payouts to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or IBFT account. No manual invoicing. No 90-day holds. No "minimum withdrawal" thresholds. You'll see your pending balance, lifetime earnings, ecosystem credit balance (from buyers who clicked your links), and — coming in v2 — lifetime cohort residuals on every buyer you originally brought to the platform.

Quick FAQ
Do I need an NTN?

For payouts under Rs 60,000/month, no. Above that, we collect NTN for tax compliance — most established creators have it already; we help others get one for free.

The attribution model

Three confidence tiers, layered honestly.

When a buyer clicks your collection link, we track that click. What happens next determines how confidently we can attribute the sale to you:

100% confidence — Digital-pay rail

Buyer paid via JazzCash / Easypaisa / IBFT payment link generated by Lucky Collection. The transaction passes through our settlement layer. There's no ambiguity — the order happened, the money moved, and we can match it to your click. Commission paid out next payout cycle.

85% confidence — Buyer-confirmed COD

Buyer ordered via WhatsApp (cash on delivery) — we sent them a confirmation prompt 5-7 days later. They confirmed delivery and received Rs 100 cashback (as Lucky Collection ecosystem credit, spendable on any creator's collection). The 15% confidence gap accounts for the rare buyer who lies or misremembers.

40% confidence — Seller-only reported

Seller reported the conversion in their dashboard but the buyer didn't confirm. Could be honest (buyer never replied), could be self-serving (seller inflating). Commission paid at 40% rate. If a seller's seller-only segment grows beyond 30% of their attributed clicks, we flag them for review.

Anti-collusion built in

Cashback is paid as ecosystem credit, not cash. A seller can't out-bid Lucky Collection by offering a cash discount through their own channel — because the credit is only spendable across the platform. This makes seller-buyer collusion economically uninteresting.
